This is one of our dear friends, Bryon Ray. He comes to serve at Love A Child for a month at a time. He is from Pastor Mark Ostrander’s church, The Mission Church, in Palm Bay, Florida. He is excellent at construction and has helped Pastor Mark and Jesse with construction on our Jesus Healing Center, Birthing Center, and Malnutrition Center. Now, he is working on the old Jesus Healing Center, to make it into an office for Love A Child! This will save us a lot of money!

Behind every good man, is a good woman, Denise. She backs him up and prays for him when he is in Haiti. The boys LOVE Bryon! He plays soccer and basketball with them, and brings them in “candy” and “kites!” He brings the girls fingernail polish and is so good to the staff and, as you can see, everyone loves Bryon, especially “Sampson,” my Rottie, who is not in the picture! Sampson usually “raps on Bryon’s door” at night so he can sleep in bed with Bryon! (It’s a small bed- not much room for 105 pounds of him! It’s a big family!)

We love Bryon! We do not bring in mission teams now, due to the problems in Haiti, but Bryon, Jesse, and Pastor Mark are “mission-critical,” and we love and appreciate them so much!
