“Now, Open Wide!”

We are so excited!!! This is D.D.S Fabiola Andressol. She is “pulling” Nixon’s tooth! As many of you know, we have a room inside our large new Jesus Healing Center for a “Dental Clinic!”

There is such a great need for good, professional dentists in Haiti. They are few and far between, and if we find one, they are far away from us, and they cost a lot of money!

Even though we are still waiting on one more piece of equipment, this happened just now…Dr. Andressol was in our dental office, looking at everything. Nixon, our administrator who handles the Jesus Healing Center, Birthing Center, and Malnutrition Center, had been having terrible pain in his tooth! As he was talking to the dentist, who was “checking things over,” she said, “Well, just sit down here. I’ll pull it right now!” “She was so good,” Nixon said, that he didn’t feel the needle and didn’t even know she had pulled the tooth! She also pulled one more person’s tooth at that time!!!

Bobby and I feel SO BLESSED to have the best doctors, nurses, workers, and the best dentist in Haiti. Thank you, partners. We could not do anything without your help!! We feel so humbled and so blessed to have you as partners helping the poor!!

We have had several close Haitian friends die from the hands of a “bad dentist” in Haiti. One of them was Pastor Benise, from Elastik. He suffered for years and continued to suffer from the hands of an evil, non-caring dentist here in Haiti. Even after we had sent him to a visiting American dentist, it had been too late. He had suffered for many years and finally died in excruciating pain. You, in America, don’t know what it is to have someone like this “pull your tooth,” and then they do nothing about it. This is why Bobby and I felt so strongly that we needed the “best” for “God’s poor…”
