Dear Friends and Partners, We cannot thank you enough for your continued support through the COVID-19 pandemic. Your support, friendship, and love of the Haitian people means so much to us. Some of our international supporters may be seeing a slowdown in our correspondence to you. Due to the pandemic, the mail and books that...
Haiti update: Sherry and I are back in Florida now from Haiti. We have some important doctors appointments which we have canceled three times, not wanting to leave Haiti and our Haitian children. This picture was taken yesterday at our Love A Child office and warehouse in Fort Myers, FL. Anthony, seen in the picture, is the warehouse supervisor. He will be packing another container of lifesaving supplies next week for Haiti. We hopefully have plans to return to Haiti after our last doctors appointment. The Haiti airport is closed, but we are working...
“Enlarge the places of thy tent, and let them stretch forth the curtains of thine habitations; spare not, lengthen thy cords, and strengthen thy stakes; For thou shalt break forth on the right hand and on the left hand…” Isaiah 54:2-3 – Sometimes, we are “afraid” to step out and make changes, or make decisions,...
This is one of our sweeties here at Love A Child. Her name is Dimelia. She is 20 years old. She was brought to us by her father when she was about three. She had been badly burned from her neck down to her waist. The scar tissue had healed such as that she could...
Poor Haiti… We have never seen the country and its children in such a condition! Hunger is all around… Children from ages one to five are the most vulnerable. Right now, our workers are loading another truck of food, to the very poor area of L’Artibonite, 150 miles away. In this village, we cook all...
"For man looketh on the outward appearance, but the Lord looketh on the heart." 1 Samuel 16:7 When I was little girl, my mother took all five of us kids to church on Sunday morning, Sunday night, and Wednesday night. I always looked forward to Wednesday night, because Superman came on 30 minutes before we...

This young man's name is Louis James. He is 26 years old, from La Source, Haiti, not far from us. He is a carpenter. He had a motorcycle accident four days prior and he went to another hospital. They did nothing for him, so he came to our Jesus Healing Center. Here, he got immediate...
Even in the midst of all the problems here in Haiti, the coronavirus, the political problems, the street gangs, etc., we have still managed to get food to help other missionary organizations who also feed children. These precious children are at Hope for Life Children's Home, who do a great work for children. They know...
TIME TO DIG ANOTHER WELL! “For all the wells which his father's servants had digged in the days of Abraham his father, the Philistines had stopped them, and filled them with earth. And Isaac departed thence, and pitched his tent in the valley of Gerar, and dwelt there. And Isaac digged again the wells of water, which they had digged in...
