We had always felt that the Lord wanted us to have a Malnutrition Clinic that would save many little lives, but we had to wait until we felt like we had everything we needed… a wonderful building, all the equipment we needed, the special milk they needed, nurses who had experience with these babies, and a wonderful pediatrician.
Our Malnutrition Clinic, like the Birthing Center, never closes. It is a 24/7 ministry…
Babies come through our Jesus Healing Center Clinic, first, and then, are referred by one of our doctors. These babies will need many months of “full-time care.”
We needed the equipment, which was expensive, and special milk, which we would have to import…
But the Lord provided! The Malnutrition Clinic was sponsored by Hand of Hope – Joyce Meyer Ministries, who also sponsored the furnishings. Much of the advice and help, and special milk formula came from our friends at Real Hope For Haiti (whom we share food with each month)… Other needs that “came up,” after we opened, were supplied by friends and partners…
This part was for “in-patient” care.
Out-patient takes place when the child or baby is allowed to leave, but we must see the children every two weeks to make sure their mothers are given the special foods they need to continue to care for these children. Our wonderful LAC partners began to send in clothing, underwear, etc., for us to send the children home in…
Each mother receives a box of “Feed My Starving Children” (FMSC) food to take home for “the rest of her family.” (If not, she will be tempted to share the expensive baby milk and products that are for the child going home with all her other children.)
We thank the Lord, first of all! We thank Hand of Hope – Joyce Meyer Ministries for sponsoring the building and other supplies; we thank our partners who donate each month to help pay the expenses for the staff, and to FMSC, for the food to take home.

We still need partners to share in the “monthly expense” for the Malnutrition Clinic and we know that the Lord will provide!
