In third world countries, such as Haiti, they have a nickname for children who make it to their 5th birthday. People call them the “little survivors.” Many will not make it to their first birthday, if the mother has died. There is no money for milk or baby food. Parents will feed their children anything to make the hunger go away.
When little Givens was brought to our Jesus Healing Center, he was in a state of advanced malnutrition. He only weighed 5.3 kg. Thanks to our doctors, they quickly sent him to our Malnutrition Clinic where he was put on a special diet, including F75 milk. After he reached his desired weight, he was allowed to eat the Feed My Starving Children food. He left the clinic weighing 7.3 kg! (We may have to put Givens on a diet! Ha!) He was returned to his parents who were thanking God! Special thanks to Joyce Meyer Ministries – Hand of Hope for their monthly support of our Jesus Healing Center!!
