I know that I always post something about our kids at 6:00 p.m., but I just have to brag on some of our Love A Child employees. This is Madamn Denise, Madamn Jesula, and Madamn Roseline. They have been with us for a long time, most of them since the earthquake. We have never had people like this… always working hard, doing an excellent job, and hardworking! They are usually in my Mobile Medical Clinic area, but they have also cleaned the visitor’s motel rooms, cleaned the new lab, cleaned the Malnutrition Center, and cleaned the new Jesus Healing Center.

Well, I needed some “quiet time” to get some Christmas gifts ready for the children here. I needed to use the tables in the Mobile Medical Clinic room, so I told Alex, our accountant, to leave a message with these ladies to “take a week and a half vacation.” That would give me some “quiet time” to prepare for Christmas. Alex called me and said, “Houston, we have a problem! They’re not going home!” They said, “Give us another job! We don’t want to sit around not doing anything!” (Ha!) I have been giving them cleaning jobs, anything I can think of!! I have never had a problem like this, but these ladies are sweethearts!!

Bobby and I are so blessed with a wonderful staff, wonderful children, and wonderful partners!!!
